April Ruddell is the Director of Payroll Operations who is responsible for overseeing and supervising all payroll functions of the organization. April has a passion for working alongside our employees to provide accurate, timely payroll services to our clients’ businesses across the US.

Prior to joining Procare HR, she held multiple roles in the management of payroll operations, most being within a Professional Employer Organization. In her previous experience, she has excelled in process and procedure improvement, employee experience, software transition, and leading teams of Finance/HR professionals while simultaneously being highly meticulous, accurate, and kind.

In her off time, April enjoys spending time with her kids and being in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado.
